Why I chose SW2k to support me with my Ltd company..... the decision was easy.... I worked with Kate several years ago.. this was back in my old Umbrella company days.. she was always there for me, reliable, prompt, courteous and helpful. Well a few years passed, a few permanent positions later, a few more grey hairs arrived and I thought I’d start my own Ltd company. Returning to SW2k was a ‘no brainer’. I registered my interest and it was great to be back in touch with Kate. I enjoy the personal service I receive from her and the commitment from the whole team. My checks where through, my DBS was complete and I was all set to start Spring 2014 ... then unexpectedly I had a devastating bereavement. I couldn’t have asked for a kinder service – I withdraw my interest in being a locum.. and bedded down in my permanent job for a few months (and tried to re adjust to my life changes). I knew that SW 2k had invested a lot of time and effort enrolling me on their books and I had just let them down. The response I received from Kate was outstanding; she was kind, caring and understanding. There was no pressure for me to join SW2K. She knew I needed time and this is what she gave. By the start of Winter I was ready to locum and I’ve not looked back since............. Kate is always at the end of the phone .... she keeps in touch.... and I feel 100% supported.
