Ben Arnold is the Managing Director at SocialWork 2000 and sister company Amicus Recruit, and his role remains very hands on. Ben is proactive and works hard to ensure that his knowledge of the social work recruitment market is current. Ben was instrumental in the formation of the social work recruitment agency sector group ASWEB, and he currently sits on the executive board at APSCo, trade body for the UK Professional Staffing Industry.
