Loren Holles: Loren joined the team in 2014 from a banking sales and account management background, and through excellent training and hard work has successfully established herself as an integral member of the team in a record period of time! Helen Gardner: Helen joined Amicus in 2007 and since then has amassed a wealth of experience in the social work recruitment field. Before joining Amicus, Helen worked in HR for the NHS and Sussex Police. Aziz Bourner: Aziz came to us from a local college under a work experience scheme, as part of his Diploma in Business Studies. It was clear pretty from the start that Aziz had the right mix of skills and dedication to make a great new recruit into the Amicus team, and we welcomed him on a full time basis in July 2015. Natalie Marshall:
Natalie is a passionate recruiter within the Social Care Sector, and has been with Amicus since March 2015. Her knowledge of Children and Adult services ensures she can provide the best service to candidates and clients.
She places Social Workers within Adult and Children's teams across the UK, regularly meeting candidates in order to fully safeguard them, and also for a chance to have a coffee and ensure we are both working on the same page. We feel by meeting people this helps to build the relationship right from the start.
Natalie has successfully built relationships with over 30 candidates that are in roles they enjoy, and are making a great impact on the local authority they are in.

Kai Searle:
Kai is a Resourcer within the team here at Amicus. Having come from an insurance and Event sales background, he has always put the client and customer needs at the heart of everything he does.
He joined Amicus in August of 2016, and has quickly found his feet within the team. He is quick to build relationships with candidates and understand the requirements of the roles they’re looking for so that the team can find every candidate ideal next career move.
