Our accounts department is based in house and has been running weekly payroll for social workers for 14 years. Any issues are ironed out professionally to ensure that locums can focus on the job at hand without pay related worries.
Ben Arnold is the Managing Director at Amicus, and his role remains very hands on. Ben is proactive and works hard to ensure that his knowledge of the social work recruitment market is current. Ben was instrumental in the formation of the social work recruitment agency sector group ASWEB, and he currently sits on the executive board at APsco, trade body for the UK Professional Staffing Industry.
